Rental terms and conditions
1. General car rental conditions:
1.1. These Terms apply to all content on the RentAutoGeorgia.ge website. By using this website, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms set forth below. Please read them carefully before using the site services.
1.2. Conditions may be changed by RentAutoGeorgia.ge at any time and will take effect immediately upon posting on this website. On this basis, your further access to and use of its services will be governed in accordance with the changes made.
1.3. The car rental contract is between you and the rental company RentAutoGeorgia. You can familiarize yourself with the terms of the contract after you select a car and provide all the necessary information. If this car model is not available, you will receive a similar car from the same category and class.
1.3.1. When booking a rental car on this website, you agree to the terms of the relevant rental company RentAutoGeorgia.
1.3.2. RentAutoGeorgia is directly responsible for the car you rent on this website.
2. Data protection
2.1. RentAutoGeorgia.ge recognizes and understands the importance of the responsible use of personal data collected on this website. RentAutoGeorgia.ge ensures complete safety of customers’ personal data and uses them only for legitimate business purposes.
3.1. We guarantee a specific make and model of car. In all other cases, you will receive an equivalent replacement or a higher class car at no extra charge. If you get a car of a lower class (which happens very rarely), you are entitled to compensation.
3.2. RentAutoGeorgia.ge recommends that you carefully check the reservation data, including the country, rental point and rental period.
3.4. In particular, by starting to use this website, you agree:
3.4.1. Do not use it for making speculative or false reservations;
3.4.2. Do not use it to analyze car rental companies or their prices;
3.4.3. Do not use the name RentAutoGeorgia.ge for commercial purposes without prior written permission from RentAutoGeorgia.ge.
3.5. It is allowed to receive a car at one rental point and return it at another. Usually, one-way rental is not included in the rental price shown on reservation. Thus, one-way rental is also not included in the price. More detailed information about the conditions and cost of one-way rental is indicated in the terms of RentAutoGeorgia.
4. Cancellation and change of reservation, non-appearance
4.1. Cancellation of a reservation with full or partial prepayment (deposit paid).
4.1.1. If you cancel your reservation no later than 48 hours before the start of the rental, the funds will be refunded to you in full, with the exception of a cancellation fee of 35.00 EUR *.
4.1.2. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the start of the rental, you will be refunded money, with the exception of a cancellation fee of 50.00 EUR *.
4.1.3. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the start of the rental, you will be refunded, with the exception of a cancellation fee of 130.00 EUR *.
4.1.4. If the prepayment amount is less than 130.00 EUR *, there is no additional charge for cancellation, but a refund is not possible, as well as for unused hours or days of rent.
4.1.5. Reservations cannot be canceled after the start of the rental.
Please note: Refunds are made within 21 business days. In the event of a delay in the transaction by the bank, as well as during the holiday season (for example, at Christmas, New Year, Easter), the refund period may take longer.

The following cases fall under the concept of “non-appearance”:
4.2.1. If we do not receive timely notice of your canceled reservation;
4.2.2. If you are not at the place of receiving the car at the appointed time;
4.2.3. If upon receipt of the car you do not have the necessary documents;
4.2.4. If upon receipt of the car you can not provide a credit card in the name of the main driver with a sufficient amount.
In all these cases, a refund is not possible.
The rental company reserves the right to refuse to issue a car if you are not at the place of receiving the car at a set time with the documents required for renting and a credit card, or if you were previously blacklisted by the rental company.
4.3. Change reservation
You can change your reservation online no later than 24 hours before the start of the rental. The cost of each change, implying a reduction in cost and return of the difference to the client, is 10.00 EUR * Please note that any change to the booking, including changing the place of receiving or returning the car, car class, rental duration, as well as the driver’s personal data, may affect the rental price, so the total cost after the changes may differ from the one specified when booking.
If you want to change your reservation less than 48 hours before the start of the rental, please contact us by phone.
Please note: prices are based on the time and date of receipt and return of the car that you choose when booking. If you receive the car later or return it earlier than the deadline, the refund for unused hours or days of rental is not possible.

5.1. General provisions. Method of payment depends on the place of rent. You are always responsible for paying for any additional services you order, as well as for paying for other services.
5.2. Payment options:
5.2.1. At the time of booking, the remaining amount is paid on arrival at the place;
5.2.2. RentAutoGeorgia.ge Your credit card will be charged the full cost of the reservation at the time of booking;
5.3. RentAutoGeorgia.ge guarantees that when you receive your car, it will accept cash payments from you.
5.3.1. RentAutoGeorgia.ge processes and accepts payments in EUR (currency can be changed at the request of the client).
5.4. Credit cards like American Express, MasterCard and Visa Classic are suitable for this. Please note that car rental companies do not accept debit cards, or Visa Electron and Maestro cards for pre-authorization.
5.5. All payments must be made in the currency accepted in the country where you receive the car. Commission for conversion in the specified price is not included.
6.1. General provisions:
6.1.1. RentAutoGeorgia.ge guarantees that the prices indicated at the time of booking on this website are accurate. However, RentAutoGeorgia.ge reserves the right to change the price if it is indicated erroneously, as RentAutoGeorgia.ge informs the client as soon as possible.
6.1.2. In the event of a change in the initial price, the client can either make a payment at the changed price or cancel the reservation with the return of the prepayment.
6.1.3. Exchange rates used by RentAutoGeorgia.ge to display prices in the currency chosen by the customer are constantly updated. Exchange rates used by your credit card may vary by the company serving it. RentAutoGeorgia.ge is not responsible for any discrepancies between the price indicated by RentAutoGeorgia.ge and the amount charged according to the exchange rate used by the company servicing your credit card.
6.2. What is included in the price in most cases:
6.2.1. Unlimited mileage (unless otherwise indicated, for example, an additional charge per kilometer).
6.2.2. Road tax, VAT, airport charges and roadside technical support from RentAutoGeorgia.
6.2.3. Insurance. Damage Insurance (CDW) and theft insurance with deductible. CDW insurance may also be indicated as LDW. Keep in mind that insurance is not included in the price for all cars. For some car rental companies, the insurance system may differ.
6.3. What is not included in the price:
6.3.1. Optional driver option.
6.3.2. Additional options – child seat, GPS, etc. All additional options are available on request and are paid on site upon receipt of the car.
7. Requirements for drivers
7.1. Driver’s license. You must provide a driver’s license, which is valid in the rental country. In addition to the standard driver’s license, in most cases an international driver’s license is required, valid only if there is a standard one.
7.2. The age of the driver. As a rule, the driver is between 18 and 75 years old inclusive.
7.3. Age risk. Young drivers have less driving experience and are therefore more susceptible to insurance claims. For this reason, a car rental company is required to pay a separate fee for young drivers.
8. Receiving and returning a car
8.1. Flight information. When receiving a car at the airport, it is important to correctly indicate the flight number and time of arrival. You can inform him by phone or e-mail. If this information is not available or is unknown to you at the time of booking, please notify it at least 7 days before departure. RentAutoGeorgia.ge is not responsible for a rental that failed due to the fact that the flight information was not provided or was provided late or incorrectly.
8.2. Upon receipt of the car, you must present a valid driver’s license, passport and credit card in the name of the main driver (whose name is indicated in the voucher) to pay the rent and block the deposit. Keep in mind that you can pay for rent through RentAutoGeorgia.ge from a card to another name, but on arrival a credit card in the name of the main driver is required.
8.3. RentAutoGeorgia.ge does not refund the amount paid by the client when booking, and is not responsible in the following cases:
8.3.2. late arrival;
8.3.3. unused rental days;
8.3.4. if the customer has purchased additional options at the place of lease;
8.3.5. if the client does not have the necessary documents: passport / ID-card, driver’s license, credit card, or if the client’s credit card does not have enough funds to block the security deposit;
8.3.6. if the customer is blacklisted by the car rental company;
8.3.7. if the client is at the point of receiving the car under the influence of alcohol or drugs
9. Other provisions
9.1. Penalties for improper parking and traffic violations. You are responsible for paying for parking violations and other fines received during the term of the rental agreement. Car rental company RentAutoGeorgia.ge have the right to charge you for any parking fines and / or traffic violations. In addition, you must pay an administrative fee.
9.2. Support on the road. Technical assistance on the road from the car rental company is included in the price. The car rental company may refuse to provide a replacement car depending on the cause of the accident.
9.3. Complaints. Complaints are accepted in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the date of return of the vehicle. Complaints received after this period will not be considered by RentAutoGeorgia.ge.
9.4. Fuel policy may vary depending on the car rental company. The main rule is: if the car has a full tank before the lease, it must be returned with the same amount of fuel (unless otherwise indicated in the conditions of the car rental company). If you return a car with a partially filled tank, you will have to pay for the shortage of fuel when you return the car in accordance with local prices.
10. “Full protection”
10.1. What is “Complete Protection?”
10.1.1. “Full protection” covers the deductible amount that you must pay if the body, glass, tires or other parts of your rental car are damaged.
10.1.2. The cost of your rent can be included Coverage in case of an accident (CDW). Restrictions apply to the windshield, locks, tires, bottom, keys – these parts of the car are not covered by CDW. The deductible amount is charged directly by the rental company.
10.2. What is covered
10.2.1. The deductible amount if your rented car was involved in the accident.
10.2.2. The amount of the franchise, in case of theft.
10.2.3. The cost of repairing damage to mechanical parts of a car that are not covered under the terms of the lease agreement, including the body, roof, bottom, windshield, windows, mirrors, locks, tires, hubcaps, engine, clutch, battery.
10.2.4. The cost of towing a car resulting from the damage received.
10.2.5. The cost of replacing lost or stolen car keys.
10.2.6. Service fees (including administrative fees charged by rental companies).
10.3. What is not covered
10.3.1. Damage caused by a car as a result of drunk driving, refueling the vehicle with the wrong type of fuel, driving off-road, violating local laws or traffic regulations, as well as other situations in which you did not comply with the terms of the rental agreement.
10.3.2. Damage caused by a car as a result of natural disasters, hostilities and terrorist acts.
Limitations. A request for a refund must be filed with all necessary documents no later than 90 days after the end of the lease. “Full protection” covers the franchise in case of damage and theft of the car for the maximum amount of 1 700 EUR * in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement.

11. “Cancellation Protection”
11.1. Cancellation Protection eliminates the need to pay a penalty when canceling a reservation before the rental begins.
11.2. Cancellation fees:
11.2.1. If you cancel your reservation no later than 48 hours before the start of the rental, the funds will be refunded to you in full, with the exception of a cancellation fee of 35.00 EUR *.

11.4. The cost of “Cancellation Protection” is not refundable.
11.5. You can cancel the “Cancellation Protection” within 24 hours after adding to the reservation.
12. Discounts and promotions
Discounts and promotions are not cumulative and apply only to new reservations.
